Mt. Chirripó

Climbing Mt. Chirripó –3820 meters above sea level- to reach the top of the highest mountain in Costa Rica, second highest in Central America, where you can see both the Pacific and the Caribbean Oceans at the same moment, is the goal of many visitors to San Gerardo de Rivas – stepping off point for the trail and a 2 or 3 day adventure.

If you would like more information on reserving your hike, accommodation, or hiring a guide or porter, send Costa Rica Holiday Homestays an email with your dates and plans and we can assist you with your reservation.
